Te Vara Nui is seeking an experienced/qualified tradesman with a “can do/will do” attitude, to join their Maintenance team. Their 2 properties are closely located and require ongoing maintenance & repairs. In addition, they want regular refurbishment and upgrades to meet growing demand. 

The successful candidate will have a strong trades background (carpentry and electrical preferred) as well as a thorough  all-round knowledge of general repairs/maintenance. Experience in swimming pool, air con and plumbing would be a bonus. 

They have a small team and are looking for the right qualified person to join and bring their skills, leadership and teamwork to this full-time position. 

You will need to be reliable, trustworthy, punctual, get on well with others, be happy being a team member, have strong attention to detail, be innovative and be a good problem-solver.
